Meet the Chef
The BBQ Lab
As a kid, I dreamed of creating food that people would crave. After 26 years of honing my craft, starting at a local sandwich shop at 14 and learning what it truly takes to run a restaurant, I'm finally living that dream. At BBQ Lab, I'm combining my passion for American BBQ with international flavors to create something unique. Come by and let's explore this culinary journey together. Try something new. Let's test some theories!
